Bosko Radojkovic. Director. Guitar Art Summer Fest.

Boško Radojković (1966) completed his guitar studies at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade in the class of Professor Vera Ogrizović. He also completed specialist studies in chamber music in Belgrade in the class of Olivera Đurđević. During his studies he performed regularly and took part in competitions in which he won first prizes, especially in the field of chamber music. He was a member of the early music ensemble Musica Antiqua. He recorded for Radio- Television of Serbia and is a member of many juries in the country and abroad.

At the music schools Kosta Manojlović and Josip Slavenski in Belgrade, he was a guitar professor for 20 years. During that time he gained a reputation as one of the most successful teachers in the field of guitar; his students won a large number of first prizes at national and international competitions.

In 2000, Boško Radojković founded the Guitar Art Festival, the first and most important event in the field of professional and classical guitar in the territory of the former Yugoslavia, as well as South-Eastern Europe. From the very first year, he has also been the director of this festival.

He also founded the Yugoslav Association of Classical Guitarists (JAKG) in 2001, which is now known as the Association of Classical Guitarists of Serbia, where he is still active today as executive director. JAKG was at that time the first official association of classical guitarists from South-Eastern Europe ever founded in Yugoslavia.

At the Founding Congress of Classical Guitarists of South-Eastern Europe in 2001 in Belgrade, he gathered representatives of guitarists from this region. At the congress, the Association of Classical Guitarists of South-Eastern Europe (ASEG - Assosiation of South-Eastern European Guitarists) was founded, where he is still active today as executive director.

From 1 January 2012 until May 2014, he was director of Jugokoncert, the largest concert agency for the promotion of classical music in Serbia.

Since 2006, he has founded and, to date, organised 20 editions of the Guitar Art Summer Fest in the Old Town of Herceg Novi in Montenegro.

Through the Guitar Art Academy project in Belgrade and 18 cities across Serbia, he is engaged in educating a broad audience of non-professionally oriented guitar and music enthusiasts.

By dedicating himself to long-term projects, Boško Radojković has achieved outstanding results, initiated and realised a wide variety of ideas in the field of guitar, thereby confirming his perseverance and top-level professionalism as a guitarist, educator and organiser.
